What will you do You will manage the entire product life cycle from discovery to launch for new features. You will report directly to our CPO.
Your contribution to our success You translate business requirements and reduce complex problems into implementable solutions.
You demonstrate features and product concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
You manage cross-functional project teams through influence, and in the face of complex technical challenges.
You measure and analyze metrics and behavior to drive continuous product improvement.
Who we are looking for ? You have 3+ years of experience in product management – Experience in fintech is a plus.
You have a technical background and proven track record in building and launching digital products.
You have demonstrated the ability to work with engineering and design to create delightful products.
You possess strong analytical skills, a structured and data-driven approach, and excellent interpersonal skills.
You have experience with agile development processes and tools (Linear, Notion, Asana, JIRA, etc.).
You strive for well-functioning processes and communicate these clearly.
You are self-motivated and comfortable managing several projects of different complexity simultaneously.
English is our company language - so speaking English fluently is a must.
You have a valid EU work permit and reside within the EU. re:cap does not offer visa or relocation support at the moment.
