The Product Manager will be responsible for the product offer and its internal and external evolution, aiming to provide the best product to the final users. Reporting to the Retail Business Manager, the Product Manager must create and design new products according to requirement specifications. He/she will also act as a technical and after-sales leader, with responsibilities including product tests and prototypes development.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
Product Development: Design and validate new solutions using specifications; build solutions fitting customers' needs and branding; ensure technical and production feasibility and product quality; define delivery phases and their complexity; create product design and explore different specifications; ensure simplification of product installation and usage.
Production Support: Be the technical referent to production sites; co-manage supplier relationships with the Supply-Chain team and provide technical support.
Customer Service: Develop and update user and maintenance guides according to technical and safety standards; develop the team's skills; collect reports; ensure processes are implemented.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in engineering or business.
Strong skills in the PV solar industry, product design, and electricity.
Experience in the B2C channel.
2 to 5 years of experience.
Good English level is mandatory; French or Portuguese is a plus.
