YOU!Description:We are looking for an experienced SAP Product Owner with strong expertise in logistics processes to lead the product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with business units (BU) to gather and translate functional requirements into actionable tasks for development teams. They will also be responsible for validating test evidence and ensuring successful delivery of solutions that align with business goals. The role demands a strong understanding of SAP systems, specifically within the logistics area, as well as the ability to drive and measure the impact of product deliveries using performance indicators like ROI, NPS, and satisfaction index. The candidate should have advanced product ownership skills, including managing backlogs, prioritizing features, and continuously aligning product development with business needs.Must have:Advanced Product Owner Certification (PSPO II or A-CSPO)Knowledge of Logistics processesSurvey and writing of BU's functional requirementsValidate US test evidenceNice to have:Functional knowledge of the SAP ECC logistics areaTop Skills:Advanced understanding of SAP systems, especially in the logistics domain.Strong skills in stakeholder management, particularly in gathering and refining business unit requirements.Experience in backlog management and prioritizing product features based on business needs.Knowledge of testing processes and validating user story test evidence.Proficiency in measuring product impact through performance indicators such as ROI, NPS, and satisfaction scores.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.Years of Experience: 3 + Years as a Product Manager or Product OwnerType of project: ManagementPosition Type: Hybrid
