Job Description As a product manager, you will be responsible for delivering one of the best products in your niche and directly affecting the revenue it is generating for the company. We expect you to lead your way, though we are seeking a person who will:
identify the target audience, their needs, and pains, to deliver the best possible solution
analyze markets, and participate in creating/maintaining a marketing strategy
create and defend roadmaps, plans, charts, and pitch presentations
define business/marketing/product metrics and maintain them
increase conversion rates by improving steps of marketing/sales funnels working together with marketing, sales, and legal teams
lead and close deals with B2B clients
prepare and deliver product reports, demos, and presentations regularly
deliver software solutions going together with the team through all the stages of the development lifecycle (from an idea to production)
achieve goals regardless of the existing business limitations
Qualifications proven track record of managing B2B products
experience with UI front-end products
3+ years in the software development industry
understanding of how software is built and shipped to clients
vast experience in research (problem/JTBD interviews, A/B tests, etc.)
strong leadership skills
C1+ level of the English language
