Responsibilities Design and validate new solutions using specifications.
Build with the marketing and business teams the solutions fitting customers' needs and branding.
Ensure the technical feasibility and the product quality.
Define the delivery phase, their complexity, and their development.
Create the product design, exploring the different specifications.
Production Support Be the technical referent to production sites.
Manage the supplier relationship and provide technical support.
Customer Service Elaborate the user and maintenance guides.
Management Develop the team's skills.
Collect the different reports.
Ensure the processes.
Profile Master's degree in engineering or business.
Strong skills in the solar industry, product design, and electricity.
Experience in B2C channels.
Location for this role: France or Portugal.
