What you'll do
Managing the structured products documentation and issuance process
Drafting of various issuance documents and reports including legally binding documentation for structured products in close cooperation with trading, structuring, middle office, sales and legal & compliance and external partners
Setting up products in the risk and trading system
Daily lifecycle and corporate action management
Website maintenance for product related publications
Participate in-/ and manage projects
What you'll need
Bachelor and/or master's degree in finance or economics
Practical experience in the structured products and/or OTC derivatives area
Basic knowledge in financial derivatives and payoff of structured products
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Initiative, team-oriented and communicative personality
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Fluent in German and/or English, French and/or Italian language skills would be an asset
Good IT user skills, especially in Excel
Nice to have
VBA knowledge
