Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our growing Product Management team here in our Lisbon Studio. As Product Manager, you will work closely with the Studio Director to define the vision, targets, and priorities for the games you manage, based on the business requirements, analytics, and market research.
What will you be doing at Miniclip?
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the game(s) you manage, making sure that the overall user experience is flawless and owning its business results.
To do this you will:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including game designers, engineers, artists, UX/UI, and data analysts, to craft product requirements and define the product roadmap.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for mobile games with complex economies and feature areas.
Write feature specifications and define in-game flows, working closely with the studio game designers.
Own the business goals for your products, taking decisions to meet the market and company's needs.
Monitor game and market status to constantly question assumptions and make adjustments to systems and campaigns.
What are we looking for?
To be successful in this position you will need:
Mobile gaming experience (ideally F2P commercially successful games).
Ability to create product specifications and reports on data analysis.
Excellent understanding of game analytics, experience with statistics and business analysis.
Exceptional understanding of the mobile market.
Ability to lead a team, providing guidance and direction, setting measurable goals and valuable input.
Outstanding ability to present detailed analysis and work to executive and game teams.
