The Job We are looking for a Data Product Manager reporting to the Director of Product (data). The successful candidate will be tasked with the development, implementation, and management of data-related products. This role is instrumental in defining our data strategy, promoting a data-driven culture, and ensuring data is effectively utilized for business decisions. Responsibilities - Will include but not limited to: Develop a comprehensive strategy for data products that aligns with our business objectives and create and maintain data product roadmaps. Engage with key stakeholders to ensure data product development aligns with organizational goals. Monitor key performance indicators to assess the success and impact of data products. Encourage collaboration across various teams, including data analysts, data engineering, machine learning, and business units, to enhance data product development. Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to maintain our competitive edge and understand the influence of data products on our performance. About you You are an outside-the-box thinker, and are, therefore, able to develop a vision of what a part of Tiko's product should look like and represents the end-user needs to the Data teams in order to achieve our vision.
