In this role, you will support our Head of Merchandising by providing critical analysis and insights to help shape strategic decisions and drive our brand's success. Job Description As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for: Performance Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports analyzing global and regional sales, sell-through rates, inventory levels, and online metrics (such as CR and CTR) and develop actionable strategies to maximize sales potential based on insights. Buying Strategy: Contribute to the buying strategy and create tools for presentations, master orders, and assortment guidelines. PER/CO Monitorization: Actively monitor the performance of PER/CO products, working closely with the demand planning team to ensure these items are never out of stock. NY Store: Generate weekly performance reports on store performance, support product assortment selection based on insights, and provide monthly VM guidelines. Product Lifecycle and Promotion Strategy: Support the list of PER/CO offerings and end-of-season promotion strategies. Brand Alignment and Communication: Ensure brand communication aligns with business goals by coordinating with Marketing, CRM, Online, Photoshoots, and PR teams regarding product selection. Pricing Strategy: Participate in the definition of pricing strategy that is in line with desired positioning and target margin. We are looking for a sales merchandiser with an eye for detail, innovative, solution-oriented with some knowledge of digital. As well as these key characteristics, this role requires some specific experience: Merchandising Background with Digital Experience (2-4 years): A mix of traditional merchandising and digital experience.
