LOCATIONThis role is based in Portugal. We have an office hub in Porto available for those who prefer a hybrid model where you can spend time with colleagues in-person. You will need to be able to commute to our office hub as required from time to time.

This role sits in the Mobile Analytics Team reporting to the Head of Growth Analytics. We are seeking a Product Analyst to focus on our social network platform, designed to connect travellers with each other and local experiences. In this pivotal role, you will utilise data analytics to enhance product features, improve user engagement, and ensure a top-tier experience for our users. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on analysing trends, user behaviour, and market dynamics to drive product excellence in the travel tech industry. You will be working with best in class technology and working within a wider motivated team of data analysts, engineers and scientists.

Front End Tracking: Google Analytics CDP: Segment CRM: Iterable Data Storage: GCP & Snowflake Data Visualisation and Usage: Tableau, Snowflake, Vertex AI Orchestration: Airflow Transformation: DBT Synching data: Fivetran, Hightouch, Twilio Segment WHAT YOU'LL DO Analyse user interaction data to understand behaviour and identify opportunities to increase engagement and retention on our social network platform. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and product managers, to translate data-driven insights into actionable product improvements. Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, propose new key performance indicators, and ensure alignment with business goals. Execute detailed user research and feedback analysis to guide new feature development and optimize existing functionalities. Design and manage A/B tests and other experiments to refine user experience and maximize product potential. Stay informed about the latest trends in social networking and digital interaction to anticipate market shifts and technological advancements. Provide regular reports and presentations on product performance and strategic guidance for senior management and stakeholders. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or Economics. Minimum of 2 years' experience in product analytics, preferably with exposure to social network platforms or related digital products. Expertise in SQL and proficiency in one or more analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel). Strong skills in data visualization and tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven product development practices. Knowledge of agile project management and familiarity with working alongside engineering teams to prioritize product enhancements.
