We are looking for a Product Analyst to play a key role in optimizing and navigating the process of building the Sweat Wallet into the biggest mobile crypto wallet application that makes the world healthier and wealthier at the same time.

What you will do: Support a cross-functional team of Product managers, Engineers, Designers and QAs in delivering the product that our users love and which makes them healthier and wealthier. Work closely with the Product team to optimize UX within the mobile app (both iOS and Android), making its usage simpler, more engaging and more valuable to the user. Combine data engineering, statistical analysis and data visualization skills to generate insights and find opportunities for product development. Define metrics and KPIs relevant to the product objectives and analyze the factors that influence these metrics. Design, conduct and analyze A/B(/C) tests to ensure that every product or feature released delivers value to the user and meets business objectives. Devising analyses and dashboards enabling decision-making in highly complex and rapidly evolving environment of crypto industry Dealing with huge data sets spanning millions of users, dozens of data sources and years of history aggregated into BigQuery What we expect from you: Experience in mobile app analytics of 2+ years Advanced SQL (window functions, subqueries) and Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn) Ability to write production-ready code (docker, git, airflow) Knowledge and experience of statistical methods Product-oriented mindset with focus on delivering value to our users Strong attention to detail, ownership and a proactive mindset Excellent English-speaking skills to communicate effectively within the team Mastery of balancing between self-management and dynamic teamwork What you get in return: Remote-friendly & Flexible hours: Work from anywhere, with performance focused on results, not hours.
