Your new companyIntegrate a Shared Services Center in Lisbon in the Pharmaceutical Industry.Your new roleThe person responsible for this role is in charge of:The execution of Local and Regional Sourcing (RFI, RFP & Proposal analysis) and contracting activities;The management of expiring contracts, contract templates, contract repository, catalogs;The delivery of relevant value-creation/saving targets;The management and improvement of the end-to-end Source to Settle process (including escalations related to Purchase-orders, invoicing and payments);The management of supplier on-boarding escalations and monitoring of Third Party Due-diligence refreshes;The execution of Third Party Spend Analytics, reporting and data clean-up;The Engagement and Management of stakeholders to ensure that the Procurement function continues to be seen as a strategic business partner;The monitoring of Procurement Process Compliance acting as a Sourcing & Contracting Process.What you'll need to succeedDegree in Procurement or Business/Finance or related field;Market-knowledge across indirect categories and experience working in an international and cross-functional environment;Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment;Communication, presentation and influencing skills;English language fluency (mandatory) and Italian (preferable).What you'll get in returnHybrid working model;Base Salary according to the candidate experience + Meal Allowance;12 Months Temporary contract (with possible renewal).» License 354Next StepIf you are interested in this role, click "apply now" to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
