Job DescriptionAs a Procurement Data Analytics & Supplier Connectivity Specialist, you will have an active role in data analysis and interpretation, preparing business reports for several functional areas, and identifying new reporting possibilities. Furthermore, you will act as the project manager for the new B2B initiative for our Supplier Connectivity, replacing manual by automated processes and reducing the manual effort in the procure-to-pay process, aiming for a standardized & lean way of communication.
In your new role you will:Be responsible for Procurement data analytics e.g. in SAP Business Warehouse, consisting of gathering, modeling, and KPI reporting related to internal business processes, while working with diverse data structures and metadata to ensure consistency, security, and accessibility.Leverage your digitalization & IT related skills like process mining.Have an active role in data analysis and interpretation, ensuring a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness for business leaders.Prepare business reports for several functional areas, assisting the management and delivering business insights about the key activities, providing an overview of new processes and enhanced procedures for business-wide reporting.Support to identify new analytics and reporting possibilities and contribute to their design phase as well as manage the respective implementation projects with respective stakeholders.Play a direct role in designing and developing reporting tools, interacting with internal functions to devise solutions which enhance reporting and data management.Establish B2B connections between Infineon and its suppliers as project manager.Support and drive projects to increase the efficiency of our master data system landscape and processes.Your ProfileYou have excellent analytical skills that support your attention to detail and focus on delivery. You have a self-driven working style and are willing to take responsibility, being able to work independently and structure your own work. Your strong communication skills allow you to quickly establish successful cooperation within your team and with others.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a similar field of studies.At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and performance reporting preferably in Procurement/Purchasing area - ideally in a global environment.Proven experience in managing projects, with a good track record of achieving project goals, timelines, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Experience working with Business Intelligence, Tableau, and other digitalization tools.Experience with SAP, Ariba Network, and Buying, such as supplier lifecycle management is a plus.Extensive technical skills in MS Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint).Ability to leverage business intelligence tools and technology that support the reporting, automation, and monitoring of performance metrics.Fluency in English – mandatory.Please send us your CV in English.Contact:Rita Costa, LinkedIn
