Your mission will be…
Develop and maintain a comprehensive DLP and IAM strategy for SFS, aligned with organizational goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to identify data loss risks, access control needs, and compliance requirements.
Design, implement, and manage DLP and IAM policies, processes, and technologies to safeguard sensitive data and control user access.
Support local DLP coordinators when analyzing data patterns and conducting investigations related to possible data leakage, ensuring adherence to the DLP Policy and providing guidance throughout the process.
Assist application managers in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to centralized user management and role assignment, providing timely support and guidance when challenges arise.
Conduct regular assessments to identify vulnerabilities, monitor compliance, and recommend improvements to DLP and IAM measures.
Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats, industry trends, and regulatory changes to proactively address potential risks to data and access control.
Provide guidance and support to IT teams and end-users on DLP and IAM practices, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
Collaborate with external partners to leverage their expertise and tools for enhancing DLP and IAM capabilities.
Assist in incident response and investigation related to data breaches, unauthorized access attempts, or policy violations.
Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and training sessions to educate stakeholders on DLP and IAM practices, policies, and outcomes.
We are looking for someone with…
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
Deep understanding of DLP and IAM technologies, principles, and industry best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with evolving technologies, threats, and industry standards.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
