Tell us about your: Experience in process design and management and associated reportingExperience in the management of initiatives to implement process improvementsAbility to report results of initiativesExperience working with the ITIL framework and the most common practices (Problem management, Change enablement, Service configuration management, Incident management, …)Experience in IT projects is mandatoryKnowledge of BPMN, Agile, and LEAN methodologies is mandatoryKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and practicesWillingness to work 2 days per week in the officeWe've got your back
