Job Description:Workplace: Lisbon (Hybrid)Profile:Higher education in the area of Information Technologies;Minimum professional experience of 5 years in IT Service Management;Minimum professional experience of 3 years in Problem Manager or similar roles;Proficiency in problem management software tools and ITSM platforms (Easy Vista, Service Now, BMC Remedy, or others);Good knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies, in order to identify trends and patterns;Knowledge of the energy sector regulatory environment and compliance requirements is an added value;Certification in ITIL Foundation (mandatory);Fluency in Portuguese;Knowledge of English is valued;Good analysis and planning skills;Good communication skills, dynamism and proactivity;I like teamwork and continuous learning.Work with us:With more than 30 years of experience, Rumos has a team of professionals specialized in IT.
