Problem Manager

Higher education in the area of Information Technologies;
Minimum professional experience of 5 years in IT Service Management;
Minimum professional experience of 3 years in Problem Manager or similar roles;
Proficiency in problem management software tools and ITSM platforms (EasyVista, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or others);
Good knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies, in order to identify trends and patterns;
Knowledge of the energy sector regulatory environment and compliance requirements is an added value;
Certification in ITIL Foundation (mandatory);
Fluency in Portuguese;
Knowledge of English is valued;
Good analysis and planning skills;
Good communication skills, dynamism and proactivity;
I like teamwork and continuous learning.
