The Company is looking for an exceptional AI Expert with a focus on Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate will be a visionary and an innovator, someone who thrives in ambiguity, is self-motivated, and constantly explores new ways to utilize AI to address existing challenges.
Responsibilities Apply and integrate AI solutions using existing models such as GPT-4 to solve complex problems within the financial sector.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the company.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements and efficiencies.Utilize AI tools and platforms to develop practical applications without the need to build models from scratch.Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and evaluate their potential impact and utility.Communicate complex AI concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Mentor and guide junior team members in AI methodologies and best practices.Requirements Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.Proven experience in applying and integrating AI models, particularly GenAI, LLMs, and RAG.Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, and familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and understanding of transformer models.Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts to a broad audience.Experience in the financial sector is a plus but not required.Nice to Haves Inventor's mindset: Always seeking new ways to apply AI to solve problems.Innovator's spirit: Continuously looking for improvements and innovative solutions.Self-starter: Able to work independently and take initiative.Up-to-date: Regularly stays informed about the latest trends and breakthroughs in AI.
