We are Looking for
A Principal Software Engineer (Fullstack) to work in a project in Porto (hybrid).

Profile

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience: Proven experience as Principal Engineer in large and complex organizations

Technical Expertise:

Front-end technologies: Angular, Node.js

Back-end technologies: .NET, Java

API Gateways, Messaging, Event-driven applications

Monitoring and logging tools

CI/CD tools

SQL and NO SQL databases

Cloud environments and Containers

Skills:

Expert in design and implementation of software components

Skilled decision-maker in software architecture, coding standards, and technology adoption

Ability to communicate complex security and privacy concepts to business users

Strong leadership skills influencing and guiding teams

Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance and best practices for software development teams

Collaborate with Architects on application design and development

Work with QA leadership on testing tools and CI/CD strategies

Develop test cases, procedures, and plans

Support development teams through the Software Development Lifecycle

Mentor and coach software engineers for technical growth

Assess technology trends and adopt best-of-breed technologies

Provide technology guidance for application landscape evolution

Participate in projects to achieve goals and align with business strategy
