PandaDoc is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our AI initiatives and elevate our platform's capabilities with cutting-edge AI solutions. In this impactful role, you will define and execute the strategy for AI-driven features that simplify workflows, enhance customer experiences, and deliver measurable business value. Collaborating across teams, you will drive the development of AI products that help thousands of businesses streamline document processes.

In this Role, You Will: Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap for AI initiatives that aligns with PandaDoc's mission and strategic goals.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI into core workflows, focusing on customer impact and measurable outcomes.
Lead the end-to-end development of impactful AI features, ensuring scalability and user value.
Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to deliver reliable, cutting-edge AI capabilities.
Conduct user research to identify pain points and validate AI-driven solutions.
Simplify complex workflows by embedding seamless, user-friendly AI capabilities into the product.
Define and monitor KPIs to measure the adoption and impact of AI features.
Use performance data and user feedback to continuously optimize and scale AI solutions.
Champion AI adoption within product teams by mentoring team members and embedding best practices.
About You 5+ years of hands-on product management, including 2+ years working on AI/ML-driven or data-centric products in a SaaS environment.
Proven track record of launching and managing AI/ML-driven features and/or automation solutions.
Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, including natural language processing (NLP), predictive analytics, and related technologies.
Passion for building products that solve real customer problems with a focus on usability and adoption.
Experience collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, and data science teams to drive product initiatives from ideation to launch.
Ability to use data-driven insights to inform decisions and prioritize opportunities effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Bonus Qualifications Experience with AI agents, large language models (LLMs), or similar technologies.
Understanding of ML deployment and serving infrastructure.
Familiarity with document automation, workflow efficiency, or contract intelligence solutions.
