Position Title: Pricing Analyst
Location: Mindelo, Vila do Conde
Position Overview:
The Pricing Analyst is a key role that will drive and implement core pricing processes and support our strategies to ensure pricing integrity across the company. She/he will be expected to work closely with the dedicated pricing teams, Territory Managers, GSMs, Business Directors, and functional leaders.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support the co-ordination and execution of price lock activities to ensure customer order price overrides are efficiently processed.
Analyze and identify root causes of price locks and recommend ways to reduce them.
Support strategies to ensure the integrity of all pricing and offer related elements (e.g., minimum order quantities, freight terms, credit terms, lead times, rebates, and equipment).
Drive adoption of the FLIP tool as the primary price change mechanism.
Train new users in the use of FLIP and our core pricing processes.
Support the efficient utilization of pricing processes across GBU business segments and channels.
Support day-to-day sales management, field sales, and customer service questions around costing and price.
Work closely with MDM to ensure FLIP price changes are accurately reflected in our ERP systems.
Confirm that the systems required for data support and use are checked or confirmed daily/weekly.
Ensure accuracy and speed of follow-up to address customer concerns or committed timelines.
Manage requests from EIMEA coming to the shared mailbox.
Handle FLIP access requests from all regions.
Conduct Data Stewardship and Cleaning - Monthly Report.
Minimum Requirements:
Knowledge of the adhesive industry and H.B. Fuller's market segments and sales channels.
Excellent planning and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate across multiple business lines and geographies.
Fluency in English is mandatory for this position.
Solid skills with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint), data warehouse, and ERP systems, preferably experience with SAP.
Strong track record in a customer service or commercial team support role preferred.
2+ years' experience in the adhesives industry preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively across different cultures and geographies within EIMEA.
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable prioritizing competing needs under tight time and resource constraints.
An open, collaborative style that supports strong teamwork in a matrix reporting structure.
