As a PR manager, you'll be a part of the Devexperts Marketing team and help build mutually beneficial relationships with news media, influencers, and PR agencies.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate is a strong writer with excellent communication, negotiation, and persuading skills and a passion for financial software, trading, investment, and B2B communication. We expect you to be efficient at securing press coverage for multiple products and services Devexperts has to offer and be fearless of complex topics, such as forex trading platforms.
Your responsibilities:
Search for strategic PR opportunities and conduct PR outreachDevelop and execute PR plans: messaging and written content published on time, cooperation with event and copywriting teamsWrite newsworthy press releases that provide value to the pressDevelop and maintain existing press lists and relationships, evaluate and respond to direct press requests/PR opportunities for key markets (the EU, the US, Asia)Meet the KPIs for public relations, brand awareness, and communications Be aware of all company's product-related updatesActively search for new topics, maintain a keen understanding of industry trends, and read industry magazines for newsjackingStay in touch with senior engineers and executives to receive commentary for pressQualificationsRequired skills:
3+ year experience in a PR or communications role, within technology, IT, or finance-related fieldsFluency in EnglishExcellent writing skills that will be tested during the interview processExcellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple deadlinesBS/BA in Communications (Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing) requiredAbility to work and collaborate remotely with the international team to achieve common goalsKnowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO writing, SMM, and email marketing Well-developed soft skills, "can do" attitude, and ability to work in a teamAn ability to quickly learn new products and technologiesLife in Devexperts We will only achieve our mission if we live our culture.
