Responsibilities: Develop and implement PR strategies that enhance The Lakhani Group's reputation as a leader in luxury development.
Plan, organize, and oversee corporate, political, real estate, and other high-end events, ensuring they align with the company's brand and standards.
Manage all aspects of event logistics and operations to ensure flawless execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, political figures, and industry leaders.
Work closely with media outlets, journalists, and PR agencies to secure coverage and manage public relations efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all events and communications.
Oversee event budgets and optimize resource allocation.
Provide strategic direction for managing the company's public relations efforts alongside event management.
Requisitos Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience in event management and public relations, preferably in corporate, political, or real estate sectors.
Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
Strong organizational abilities, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Knowledge of event management tools and PR software.
Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours as required by events.
