YOUR ROLEIn this role, you should expect to:
Design and lead Dynamics 365 solutions implementations for large national and international clients.Interact with customers and projects from multiple business sectors.Work with engineering teams, architects, and cross-functional colleagues during the multiple phases of a project execution.Participate in the requirements refinement and translate them into scalable and sustainable solutions, including estimating the technical implementation.Conduct and participate in design reviews, code reviews, technical analysis, and performance tuning.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Dynamics 365 and related technologies and apply this knowledge to improve solutions.Take advantage of opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a dynamic and supportive environment.Coach and mentor other engineers and consultants.YOUR PROFILEMinimum of 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights (Journeys), Field Service), including hands-on experience in customization, development, and support.Familiarity with the latest updates and features within Dynamics 365 and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is highly desirable.Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, including version management and automated deployments, is a plus.Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus or other cloud services in the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus.Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform certification is a plus.Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.Fluent in English (both verbal and written); other language skills are also appreciated and welcomed.Organized and good at structuring your work.WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?At Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
