Power Bi Consultant

Location: Hybrid (Lisbon or Porto) TasksFreelance – 12 months contract with extension – Up to 250eur per dayDevelop, design, and optimize dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI tools.Implement and maintain data models, utilizing DAX for advanced data analysis and visualization.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective data-driven solutions.Integrate data from multiple sources using SQL and ensure smooth processing pipelines.Provide insights and actionable recommendations through clear, visually engaging reports.Read and utilize Python for specific data tasks and leverage App Insight for enhanced reporting capabilities.Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, with experience in Grafana monitoring considered a plus.Engage proactively with technical teams and business users to ensure seamless communication and solution delivery.Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and deliver innovative solutions.Maintain strong documentation for data models, reports, and processes.Requirements3-5 years of experience in Data Visualization, Dashboarding, and Reporting within a Power BI environment.Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and SQL.Knowledge of Python for data-related tasks.Familiarity with Grafana monitoring is a plus.Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, flexible, and problem-solving approach.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Fluent in written and spoken English.
