Offer Description - Work environment: MIVEGEC, IRD, Montpellier
- Main mission: Explore determinants of the immune response in the cervical-vaginal environment using a RNASeq database
- Activities: Bioinformatics analyses (RNAseq) and biostatistics, article writing, scientific presentations, bibliography monitoring, development and implementation of bioinformatics tools, participation to conferences, possible involvement in the supervision of MSc students

Previous experience with RNASeq analysis and statistics would be ideal.
Proficiency with R or Python is required.
