Position : Customer Support Advisor (European Portuguese) Location : Lisbon, Portugal Work Schedule : Full-time position (40 hours per week).
Rotating shifts, including nights (Monday to Sunday).
Two days off per week (rotative).
Contract Duration : Initial contract of 6 months with the possibility of renewal.
Compensation : Base Salary: €870 (14 payments throughout the year).
Performance Bonus: €80 for every 11 months worked.
Key Responsibilities : Provide exceptional customer support in European Portuguese through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues, delivering effective solutions promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant information as necessary.
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and ensure service excellence.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with management.
Qualifications : Native or fluent in European Portuguese (please note that Brazilian and other South American Portuguese speakers will not be considered).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
