Job Description: We are looking for a Foreman/Project Coordinator who is eager to grow within our company and take on the challenge of coordinating multiple projects. This role involves overseeing project execution, maintaining regular contact with clients, and ensuring that our workers perform to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to read and interpret project drawings. This position includes the provision of a company car to facilitate travel to various project sites. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the execution of welding and fitting projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Site Visits: Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure that workers adhere to quality standards. Client Interaction: Maintain strong communication with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. Worker Supervision: Supervise workers on-site, providing guidance and support as needed. Progress Monitoring: Track and report on project progress, ensuring that milestones are met and any deviations are addressed promptly. Technical Expertise: Read and interpret project drawings to ensure accurate execution of tasks. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety and quality standards.
