Team and Role Overview We are looking for a Portfolio Director to our Lisbon office who will contribute to the regional business development by actively developing the customer delivery business on both existing accounts and new names. A Portfolio Director's responsibilities include designing regional growth strategies, managing client satisfaction and growth opportunities through actively participating in governance committees, and supporting the sales organization to position the customer delivery implementation strategy and pitch. Ultimately, you will work directly with clients and customer satisfaction colleagues as well as the sales organization to manage a portfolio of active projects, drive service growth and market penetration as well as actively supporting sales of new clients in various business lines.
