Position: Polish Customer Service Advisor Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site) Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with product information, orders, and service-related questions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
Requirements: Native or fluent in Polish (written and spoken).
Good communication skills in English .
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal .
