Profile description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced PMO & Key Account Specialist to join our team and support client and project management activities. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
- 3+ years of professional experience in Account Management, Recruitment or a similar role;
- Proficiency in French and English (mandatory);
- Proven experience managing KPIs, recruitment processes, and client communications;
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills;
- Must already be based in Lisbon and available to work onsite;
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally;
- Experience in preparing key documentation, presentations, and reports using MS Office Tools, for internal and client use.
