Your job The Project and Portfolio Management Office (PMO) at CIT is the backbone of the successful project management approach for group-wide projects with CIT involvement.
The PMO is responsible for defining standards and giving guidelines for the whole project lifecycle from request to finish.
The PMO also includes Portfolio Management and sets the steps for the Digital Transformation of the Zumtobel Group.Your TaskIn this position, you will be part of our PMO activities:• Act as a central contact person and consultant for our project managers on all topics concerning software tools (Office365, Planview, PowerBI, Jira, Confluence) and provide documentation• You are a key user of our project management software tools, providing tool administration and configuration• Provide tool training for new members or changes in the tool• Create reporting for all PMO areas in collaboration with the stakeholders and Controlling• Ensure correct compliance with the project management processes• Participate in the improvement of our business processes, align with stakeholders on different Management levels, suggest and apply changes to the project management tools Your profile Your ProfileYou are an experienced PMO expert who wants to work within a future-oriented, international industry.• Several years of experience in project-, program- and portfolio- management • Fluency in English, German language skills are an advantage.• A high affinity for IT tools is necessary for this position• Experience in Planview, JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI, and Office 365 is a strong asset.• High affinity for numbers, advanced knowledge in Excel and/or Power BI • Experience and skills in training people; comfortable presenting both online and offline • Enjoy working with different people, cultures, and stakeholders including senior management and with strong intercultural communication skills.• An independent working style with accountability for your work• A hands-on mentality is required in a small team.Why join us?• Innovative Environment: Work within a future-oriented, international industry• Professional Growth: Engage with diverse teams and stakeholders, enhancing your skills and experience.• Impactful Work: Contribute to the Digital Transformation of the Zumtobel Group• Individual options to ensure a healthy work-life balanceLearn more about our corporate company culture in our enlightening video - where we live light and thrive together!
