THE TEAM
The PMO team is a newly established team that will be responsible for helping to define and deliver Luxclusif's strategic priorities by leading the annual planning and OKR processes, managing a portfolio of cross-functional, high-impact projects, and providing strategic advice to business areas.
THE ROLE
As a PMO Associate at Luxclusif you will report to the Head of PMO. You will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic projects that will positively shape the future of Luxclusif, in addition to supporting the annual budget and OKR planning processes. The role will be very cross-functional and focused on managing high-impact initiatives, so we are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal, project management and critical thinking skills. We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo to ensure the best outcome for a project, but who does so in a collaborative and diplomatic way and ensures that all key stakeholders are brought along on the journey.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Support the development and execution of Luxclusif's strategic planning and OKR processes by defining processes, setting timelines, and coordinating deliverables.
Independently manage strategic, cross-functional projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and in line with impact projections and the expectations of key stakeholders.
Develop and iterate project and PMO documents and processes (e.g. project charters and RACIs), ensuring they are aligned with best practice.
Develop business cases to assess the expected impact of potential projects.
Create presentations that communicate concepts in a clear, concise and engaging way.
Create reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and the performance of the PMO team's project portfolio.
WHO YOU ARE Highly organized, with a track record of delivering impactful cross-functional projects.
Strong interpersonal skills, including confidence working with senior stakeholders and mediating any project conflicts to ensure alignment with desired objectives and outcomes.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Experienced in developing engaging and persuasive presentations.
Confident in leveraging data and insights to create reports and business cases.
Confident working autonomously.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
