Responsibilities Platform Monitoring and Maintenance: Lead the efforts to monitor and maintain the health of our digital platforms. Proactively identify potential issues and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Conduct regular health checks, analyze system logs, and stay ahead of performance bottlenecks will be integral to ensuring optimal platform performance. Address immediate issues (root cause analyses to prevent future occurrences). Performance Optimization and Capacity Planning: Collaborate with development teams to fine-tune configurations, conduct or support performance testing. Implement scalability measures to ensure the platform can handle current and future demands. Security Compliance and Vulnerability Management: Work closely with the security team to ensure compliance with industry standards and group policy. Conduct or support regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and implement patches and updates to safeguard against potential threats. Automation and Orchestration: DevOps Drive the automation and orchestration efforts within the platform scope. Leveraging scripting languages and orchestration tools, you will automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and contribute to the development of a self-healing and self-scaling infrastructure. Collaboration with Development and DevOps Teams: Work closely with development teams, providing operational insights during the entire development life cycle. Collect feedback and new requirements from development teams to add features into the platforms and increase user satisfaction. Documentation and Knowledge Management: Your role includes maintaining comprehensive documentation related to platform configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines
