For one of our clients – a company offering various solutions and services in the BPO field. We are looking for bright, positive and flexible people for the role of Phone Support Agent with German and English (Hybrid Model of Work from Varna/Bulgaria).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer questions about service and provide additional information
Provide phone support for customers and listen carefully to their questions and issues
Offer solutions, guide customers through the solution implementation process
Build trust through friendly approach and timely response
Strive for customer satisfaction and happiness.
Requirements:
?Amazing skills in both German and English (C1) level
Great people skills and a positive attitude
Quick and adaptable learner
Able to adapt to various types of people and remain calm and polite
Located, or willing to relocate to Varna
Determined to do a good job and provide a quality service
Our client offers:
Competitive salary ( 3000-3200 BGN GROSS ) and additional health insurance
Shifts organized during the daytime (Mon-Fri, 08-20h and 08-18h during the weekend)
Two weeks for initial onboarding, plus two more weeks of shadowing
Food vouchers (120BGN) and performance bonuses
