You will handle inquiries, manage orders, and provide detailed information about our pharmaceutical products and services. Your responsibilities and impact as a Pharma Advisor will be: Contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, webforms or Social 1:1 Communication with Pharmacists and Health Care professionals Management of consumer requests relating to information and complaints Providing excellent solutions, and service Providing product advice in a professional, precise and timely manner Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role: Proficiency in the German language, with a minimum of C1 level English language level of B2 Experience of at least 1 year working in a pharmacy in Germany, as either PTA (Pharmazeutisch - Kaufmännische/r Assistant/in = pharmaceutical commercial assistant) or PCA (Pharmazeutisch Technische/r Assistent/in = pharmaceutical technical assistant). Exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of empathy, and a keen focus on ensuring customer satisfaction. Demonstrated customer-centric approach, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset. Solid IT skills, including efficiently utilising reporting tools for customer interactions. Willingness and availability to work flexible shift What's in it for you?
