Your job:

• Contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, webforms or Social 1:1).

• Communication with Pharmacists and Health Care professionals.

• Management of consumer requests relating to Information and complaints.

• Providing excellent solutions, and service.

• Providing product advice in a professional, precise and timely manner.

What we are looking for:

• Experience of at least1 year working in a pharmacy in Germany, as either PTA (Pharmazeutisch - Kaufmännische/r Assistant/in = pharmaceutical commercial assistant) or PCA (Pharmazeutisch Technische/r Assistent/in = pharmaceutical technical assistant);

• Familiarity with language and terms used in the pharmaceutical sector such as (examples: Warenwirtschaftssystem, Pharmazentralnummer, Karzigene Rötungen, Großhändler, Allergische Sensibilisierung, Arzneimittelmarktneuordnungsgesetz, Marker, Chemotherapie, etc.);

• Excellent communication skills, empathy & high focus on customer satisfaction;

• Customer orientation, problem solving skills, teamwork;

•Native language skills in German;

• English knowledge at least B2 (written, spoken and reading);

• Good IT skills - required competence and speed in the use of tools to report interactions;

• Availability to work on shifts.
