Personal Assistant to the CEO SheCodes

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support our executive in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will take care of personal logistics, errands, and lifestyle management. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities: Manage personal tasks such as finding apartments, coordinating with car dealers, and sourcing personal chefs or other service providers.
Arrange and manage travel plans, including accommodation, transport, and itineraries.
Coordinate personal appointments and manage daily schedules.
Handle lifestyle-related activities, such as organizing personal events, handling deliveries, and sourcing vendors.
Provide assistance with home management, including coordination with cleaners, maintenance staff, or interior designers.
Conduct research for personal projects and present detailed reports.
Assist in running errands and purchasing items as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
Living in Lisbon.
Flexibility to handle tasks on short notice and to travel occasionally, if required.
A valid driver's license is preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads efficiently.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of Google Docs, Gmail, Zoom, Instagram, Booking.com, etc.
