You will manage cross-channel strategies, optimise budgets, and implement A/B testing to achieve performance goals while continually scaling marketing efforts.Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy Development Define and execute high-impact performance marketing campaigns targeting key audiences. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and run A/B tests to optimise campaigns. Determine target audiences, refine messaging, and adjust campaigns based on data insights. Prioritise and manage channels such as Google Ads, Paid Social, and others, ensuring efficient budget allocation based on campaign performance. Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead in the market. Optimization & Budget Management Regularly review and adjust budget allocation based on campaign performance and identified trends. Optimise underperforming channels or ads, using data analysis to make informed decisions. Monitor campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms. Report on key metrics and campaign performance on a regular basis, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress and areas of improvement. Scaling & Traffic Growth Develop and execute strategies to scale traffic by 30% while maintaining or improving ROI. Monitor key metrics before scaling campaigns and mitigate risks associated with increased traffic. Leverage tools and automation to efficiently manage and scale marketing efforts without compromising performance. Troubleshooting & Performance Recovery Analyze drops in traffic or conversions, identifying the root cause and taking immediate corrective actions. Communicate performance issues and recovery plans effectively to stakeholders. Implement solutions to optimise performance gaps, such as adjusting campaigns based on time-of-day analysis. Your profile 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an eCommerce or retail environment. Strong expertise in managing Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other paid channels
