Job Description About the role Tonic's ultimate objective is to bring efficiency to the healthcare system. Tonic is a from-doctors-to-doctors platform that enables the collective brain power of doctors around the world by providing a mobile platform where they can discuss cases and access updated treatment protocols and algorithms. As a Performance Marketing Executive in the company's current context, you will have to deliver and sustain an ambitious performance marketing plan across all digital paid channels. This will give you a high degree of autonomy and, collaterally, a high degree of responsibility. You will need to have a growth mindset and some experience in designing and executing campaigns in core channels such as Google Ads, FB Ads, LinkedIn and Instagram in different markets. You also need to be self-sufficient in terms of reporting, analysis and optimization. Direct Responsibilities Manage all of Tonic's performance marketing campaigns Manage the campaign budget rigorously Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary Work with designers, copywriters and other stakeholders to ensure updated assets Track competitors' activities Understand market niches, positioning and angles to explore Qualifications What we are looking for? Track record of success running paid campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google SEM, LinkedIn) 2+ years of experience managing paid mobile campaigns in-house / agency side and deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem A relevant college degree Experience in marketing mobile products Proficient in MS Excel Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns Basic design skills with low code design tools (i.E. Canva) Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google Adwords Self-starter, get it done mentality Excellent communications skills Strong analytical and project management skills Excited about being highly strategic and operational simultaneously Additional Information What we offer: Our team is our best asset
