What is my department like?

What is my role like?
We are looking for a creative and talented Content & Social Media Specialist to join our team!
You will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, playing a key role in enhancing and promoting our online presence, as well as creating and managing content for our brand/product.
What will my daily tasks involve?
Develop creative and engaging content for various social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, aligned with our brand and objectives;
Identify relevant and current topics for content creation that resonate with our target audience and align with our product, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the information;
Test and analyze the performance of creatives, landing pages, and audiences;
Monitor the performance of each campaign and optimize them to maximize results;
Analyze data and present reports on campaign performance, test results, recommendations, and opportunities.
What is expected from me?
1-2 years of experience in similar roles;
Education in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields;
Strong creative ability, capable of independently developing innovative ideas and taking the initiative to lead content projects from start to finish;
Excellent writing skills (Portuguese and English), with the ability to adapt tone and style according to the platform and target audience;
Basic knowledge of image and video editing tools.;
Experience in managing social media accounts, with an understanding of the specificities of each platform;
Knowledge of Paid Media, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, is valued.
