Supervisor For Spotify Ads

We are looking for a Team Leader, who will be responsible for guiding, coaching and motivating a team that is focused on online sales (ads sales).

What you'll doMotivate, lead and guide the team to reach their highest potential both in terms of service metrics and career goals;Ensure both individual and team productivity, manage performance, provide floor assistance and real-time coaching;Analyze data to identify performance trends and opportunities for continuous improvement;Work with the team to create meaningful development plans and deliver feedback.What you'll needFluency in English (C1 minimum);Fluency in a second language such as Spanish, Italian, French or German (minimum C1) -Mandatory;Solid experience in ads sales environment (ex: Google ads, Facebook ads, Tik Tok Ads);Solid experience managing teams (not necessarily in contact center environment);Professional maturity, ability and confidence in communicate with clients and stress resistance.About Teleperformance PortugalTeleperformance Portugal is one of the 25 best companies to work for in Europe.
