Performance Management Specialist Mission The Performance Management team, as part of the Planning and Performance department, aims to strengthen the Performance Management culture and discipline as a foundation to unlock the potential of its business and its people. As such, the Performance Management Specialist's ultimate objective is to support a streamlined, efficient, and high-performing business where all teams understand and are committed to the organization's strategic goals, aligning their efforts through well-defined OKRs and KPIs. Furthermore, it supports the enhancement of team efficiency by leveraging Monday.Com templates and solutions, reducing redundancies, and streamlining workflows. This includes fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that best practices are shared and adopted across the organization, and promoting collaboration and innovation. What You'll Do Cultivate a culture of Performance Management and be a genuine advocate for new ways of working, focusing on implementation, goal setting, and performance tracking. Support Business Units in defining ambitious and inspiring OKRs, monitoring their delivery execution. Engage with team leaders to collaboratively define and develop relevant, measurable, and achievable KPIs that align with strategic business objectives, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement. Leverage the adoption of Monday.Com standard templates to support sharing, transparency, and provide guidance on team focus areas and task alignment with overall strategy. Facilitate collaboration by engaging with different teams on performance-impacting actions that require involvement from multiple areas, ensuring progress of initiatives and challenging the team when outcomes are not achieved as expected. Manage Monday.Com, ensuring Business Units' OKRs information is up-to-date and the platform's full potential is utilized, developing additional solutions to unlock teams' value, acting as a Super User, preparing Monthly Report materials, conducting check-in meetings as needed, and following up on the execution of Strategic Projects. What You'll Need Highly motivated individual who thrives on high performance and is passionate about continuous improvement. BU knowledge is a plus. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team leaders and stakeholders at all levels
