As such, the Performance Management Specialist's ultimate objective is to support a streamlined, efficient, and high-performing business where all teams understand and are committed to the organization's strategic goals, aligning their efforts through well-defined OKRs and KPIs. Furthermore, it supports the enhancement of team efficiency by leveraging Monday.com templates and solutions, reducing redundancies, and streamlining workflows. This includes fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that best practices are shared and adopted across the organization, and promoting collaboration and innovation.What You'll DoCultivate a culture of Performance Management and be a genuine advocate for new ways of working, focusing on implementation, goal setting, and performance tracking.Support Business Units in defining ambitious and inspiring OKRs, monitoring their delivery execution.Engage with team leaders to collaboratively define and develop relevant, measurable, and achievable KPIs that align with strategic business objectives, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
