DO WHAT YOU LOVE
Handle first-line support, resolving issues and answering tickets
Triage and prioritize support requests based on urgency
Ensure requests are acknowledged, assigned, and resolved within the agreed SLAs
Apply system configurations, such as correcting department names
Generate and distribute standard Workday reports
Assist with basic system navigation and access management
Qualifications
COME AS YOU ARE
You have (first) experience in HR administration or a similar field
You possess a good technical understanding of HR systems, ideally you have an HR Tech background
Ideally, you are skilled in Workday
You are comfortable working in a matrix structure with colleagues spread across countries (e.g. Germany, Portugal)
You have very good English skills and proficiency in either French, Dutch, or German
