DO WHAT YOU LOVE You manage onboarding processes, including employment contracts and mandatory affiliations You handle changes such as employee transfers, promotions, and more You manage offboarding processes, like issuing confirmation letters You prepare AT declarations You monitor medical visits and employee insurance You perform various HR administrative tasks Qualifications COME AS YOU ARE You hold a degree in human resources or a related qualification You have demonstrated initial experience in personnel administration You are responsive, meticulous, well-organized, and uphold confidentiality with the utmost care You possess strong interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and thrive in a team environment You are proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word You have very good English skills, French, Dutch or German is a plus Additional Information YOUR BENEFITS: Working at SIXT not only means creating the future of mobility, but also offers personal benefits.
