The position You will be able to actively support the implementation of Novo Nordisk Portugal P&O strategy. As a P&O Trainee at Novo Nordisk, you will:
Assist in recruitment processes Support training and development initiatives Assist with compensation and benefits administration Contribute to enhance our culture Participate in HR policy development This is a full-time trainee position for 12 months. We offer a salary compensation according to professional internship and meal allowance.
Qualifications The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or is finishing a bachelor's degree or master's in human resource management, organisational psychology, psychology, business administration, or a related field.
