As our People Manager, you will be pivotal in driving our brand's evolution across Europe by building a great culture and promoting top talent onboard.Specifically, we expect you to:Structure a People roadmap and help us build a strong culture, supported by new initiatives, aligned with our values and business goals.Foster a cheerful environment of dynamic communication, learning, sharing, and collaboration.Setup and run our performance appraisals, feedback loops, compensation structure, and career progression.Define the retention and employer strategy, inside-out.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and team managers to ensure seamless execution supported by the best talent on board.Mandatory requirements:Minimum 7 years of experience in multiple companies.Experience in People Ops and Culture (re)building at a tech company or startup.Hands-on experience in retention initiatives, career management, and employer strategy.Experience at B2C businesses.Brownie points:Experience at a medium-sized startup, ideally at a scale-up stage.Experience with OKRs, Roadmaps, and prioritisation systems.Dog owner.#J-18808-Ljbffr
