People Manager

THE ROLE

We're creating a loved brand in Europe, and this is where your story begins! As our People Manager, you will be pivotal in driving our brand's evolution across Europe by building a great culture and promoting top talent onboard.

Specifically, we expect you to:
Structure a People roadmap and help us build a strong culture, supported by new initiatives, aligned with our values and business goals.
Foster a cheerful environment of dynamic communication, learning, sharing, and collaboration.
Setup and run our performance appraisals, feedback loops, compensation structure, and career progression.
Define the retention and employer strategy, inside-out.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and team managers to ensure seamless execution supported by the best talent on board.

Mandatory requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in multiple companies.
Experience in People Ops and Culture (re)building at a tech company or startup.
Hands-on experience in retention initiatives, career management, and employer strategy.
Experience at B2C businesses.

Brownie points:
Experience at a medium-sized startup, ideally at a scale-up stage.
Experience with OKRs, Roadmaps, and prioritisation systems.
Dog owner.
