ROLE
The People Experience Specialist will work directly with Farfetchers and the wider People Team to provide personalized guidance and solutions on a variety of People-related activities. The main goal of this new function is to foster an outstanding experience for our employees, at all stages of the people journey, while working on process efficiency and standardization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Support new joiners throughout their Onboarding Experience
Be a source of knowledge for all people processes and be the first contact for Farfetchers during their journey
Provide quality advice to employees on general queries and issues, following our policy and procedures
Identify improvements to Employee Journey and Experience
Improve people policies by connecting the dots across multiple experiences of Farfetchers
Support the off-boarding experience, by providing data-driven insights and contributing to the retention of our qualified candidates
WHO YOU ARE A professional with qualifications in People/HR generalist experience
Experienced in HR data systems
A professional with a customer-first mindset, with a focus on the Employee experience
Employment & Labor laws knowledge
A professional with very good communication skills
An ambassador of change, with a dynamic approach to work
Technically proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Fluent in English is mandatory
